Fairplay is introducing an important fairplay domain update as part of its ongoing website and security improvements. The previous web address, Selfless.gg, is being replaced with the new Fairplay domain, Fairplay.wtf.
This change is intended to give users a clear and dedicated Fairplay web address for future visits. If you have previously accessed Fairplay through Selfless.gg, it is important to update your bookmarks and use the new domain going forward.
The transition to Fairplay.wtf is a domain-level change. Users should always verify the website address before entering account information, particularly when accessing the Fairplay login page or using their Fairplay ID.
Fairplay Has a New Domain
The most important information for existing and new users is simple:
Previous Domain: Selfless.gg
New Domain: Fairplay.wtf
Users who previously saved Selfless.gg in their browser should replace the old bookmark with the new Fairplay.wtf address.
A domain update can sometimes create confusion because old links may continue to appear in search results, social media posts, browser history, or previously published content. For this reason, users should pay close attention to the domain displayed in the browser address bar.
Going forward, Fairplay.wtf should be treated as the new web address provided for Fairplay access.
Why Is Fairplay Updating Its Domain?
Websites can change domains for several reasons, including security management, infrastructure changes, branding, technical improvements, or long-term website management.
In this case, the move from Selfless.gg to Fairplay.wtf represents an important update to Fairplay’s online presence. A dedicated domain makes it easier for users to identify the Fairplay website and distinguish it from unrelated websites or potentially misleading pages.
The domain update also provides an opportunity for users to review their saved links and make sure they are accessing the correct website.
A domain change does not automatically mean that users need to create a new identity or account. Existing users should follow the instructions available through the official Fairplay website if any account-related action is required.
What Does the Fairplay Domain Change Mean for Users?
For most users, the most noticeable change is the website address.
Previously, users may have typed or bookmarked Selfless.gg when accessing Fairplay. After the update, users should use Fairplay.wtf instead.
Users should consider taking the following steps:
- Remove outdated Selfless.gg bookmarks.
- Save Fairplay.wtf as the new bookmark.
- Check the domain before using Fairplay login.
- Avoid clicking unknown Fairplay links from unverified sources.
- Never share account passwords or verification information with third parties.
- Check official announcements if you are unsure about a particular Fairplay URL.
These simple steps can help reduce confusion during the transition.
Fairplay Login After the Domain Update
One of the most common searches following a domain change is Fairplay login. Users who previously accessed the login page through Selfless.gg should look for the login option on the new Fairplay.wtf website.
Before entering any account information, carefully check the address shown in your browser.
This is particularly important because domain changes can sometimes be used by third parties to create misleading pages that imitate popular websites. A page may look similar to a familiar login screen while using a completely different domain.
For this reason, users should avoid entering their Fairplay credentials on websites that they cannot verify.
If you encounter a login problem during the transition, check the latest information provided through the official Fairplay website rather than relying on an old link.
What Is a Fairplay ID?
A Fairplay ID is commonly used to refer to a user’s account identification or registered account details. Existing users should keep their account information secure and avoid sharing login credentials with other people.
The domain update from Selfless.gg to Fairplay.wtf does not mean users should automatically provide their Fairplay ID to anyone contacting them.
If someone contacts you asking for your Fairplay ID, password, OTP, payment information, or other private account details, verify the request carefully before responding.
Fairplay users should also avoid posting sensitive account information publicly on social media, forums, messaging groups, or other online platforms.
Security Tips During the Fairplay Domain Transition
A domain transition is a good time to review basic online security practices.
Check the Address Bar
Before logging in, look at the website address in your browser. Make sure you are using the intended Fairplay domain rather than a lookalike website.
Avoid Suspicious Links
Do not automatically trust links received through unknown emails, messages, social media accounts, or discussion groups. If you are unsure, navigate to the Fairplay website directly rather than following an unfamiliar link.
Keep Login Information Private
Your password, OTPs, authentication codes, and other private account information should not be shared with anyone claiming to be customer support or a Fairplay representative unless you can independently verify the request.
Update Your Bookmark
If you previously bookmarked Selfless.gg, update the bookmark to the new Fairplay.wtf domain. This is one of the easiest ways to avoid accidentally returning to an outdated address.
Be Careful With Lookalike Domains
Fraudulent websites can sometimes use domains that look similar to legitimate websites. Check spelling carefully and do not assume that a website is official simply because it contains the word “Fairplay.”
What Happens to Selfless.gg?
Selfless.gg was the previous address associated with the Fairplay web presence. With the domain update, users are being directed toward Fairplay.wtf for future access.
Old links may continue to exist in browser history, social media posts, third-party websites, or older articles. Their continued appearance does not necessarily mean that users should continue using them.
For the latest information, users should follow the current Fairplay domain and any official announcements relating to the transition.
Why Users Should Update Their Bookmarks
Updating a bookmark may seem like a small step, but it can make the transition much easier.
If you continue using an old bookmark, you may encounter an outdated page, a redirect, or a page that is no longer associated with the current Fairplay website. Updating your bookmark ensures that your browser points toward the new domain.
A simple bookmark can also help prevent accidental visits to similarly named websites that may appear in search results.
Old: Selfless.gg
New: Fairplay.wtf
Save the new address before your next visit.
Fairplay Cricket and Latest Updates
Fairplay users may also follow cricket-related content, including match previews, team news, player information, schedules, and tournament updates.
With the domain update, users searching for Fairplay Cricket, Fairplay login, Fairplay ID, and other Fairplay-related information should make sure that they are visiting the correct website.
Keeping the domain information up to date is especially useful when accessing match-related pages or account services through previously saved links.
Is a New Account Required?
A domain change does not necessarily mean that users need to create a new account. Users should not create duplicate accounts simply because the website address has changed.
Instead, existing users should follow the account instructions provided through the new Fairplay website. If additional verification or account migration steps are required, users should rely on information published through the official website.
Avoid third-party websites offering to “transfer” or “recover” your Fairplay account in exchange for personal information or payment.
Important Fairplay Domain Update
The key information can be summarized below:
Previous website: Selfless.gg
New website: Fairplay.wtf
Action for users: Update saved bookmarks and verify the domain before accessing Fairplay services.
The domain update is designed to provide users with a new Fairplay web address while reducing confusion around the platform’s online presence.
Stay Alert During the Transition
Whenever a website changes its domain, users should be particularly careful with links shared online. Search engines, social networks, forums, and third-party websites may continue displaying older URLs for some time.
If you see a Fairplay link that does not use the new domain, do not automatically assume it is genuine. Verify the address before entering any personal or account information.
Remember that legitimate security practices start with checking the website address.
