⭐ Vidarbha’s First Innings: 317/8 (50 Overs)
Leading the charge was the outstanding Atharva Taide, who delivered the innings of his career.
His 128 from 118 balls showcased class, intent and temperament beyond his years — striking boundaries early before shifting gears into pure dominance.
Taide’s innings laid the foundation for a total that always looked above par on a tricky pitch, supported by handy partnerships from the middle order.
🎯 Saurashtra Fight Hard — But Fall Short
Saurashtra’s chase was spirited but never fully stable.
Despite resistance from experienced campaigners, pressure moments crept in, and wickets fell at regular intervals.
Vidarbha’s bowlers refused to allow momentum, mixing seam movement, cutters, and clever field placements to choke the chase.
Saurashtra were eventually bowled out for 279 in 48.5 overs, confirming Vidarbha’s historic win.
